Building on the proven foundation of the standard edition, the GFX100 II IR from FUJIFILM features an adapted sensor that can record near-infrared wavelengths in addition to visible light. Designed for both technical and creative users, the near-infrared sensitivity allows this camera to capture details conventional cameras cannot for forensic imaging, technical documentation, creative visuals, and more. Still operating in the GFX system, this camera supports existing lenses and accessories, allowing it to easily fit into prior workflows.
A uniquely capable near-infrared camera, the GFX100 II IR preserves the powerhouse internal design of the GFX100 II for ease of use and professional image quality. The ability to record information outside the visible light spectrum makes this sensor indispensable for users working in documentation, investigation, preservation, or analysis, where additional image information can improve understanding and outcomes. Outside of technical imaging, it can also be used for creative images to produce unusual tones and striking visuals.
Additionally, the camera supports the Pixel Shift Multi-Shot function, which makes it possible to record at ultra-high resolution without false colors.
